About Us

We are looking for a talented and resourceful Technical Account Manager (“TAM”) to support our expansion and our clients in the United States.

Your responsibilities includes:

• Provide technical expertise and support sales team throughout each step of the sales cycle
  

• Provide pre-sales support by analyzing the technical aspects of business opportunities; driving Proof of Concepts (“POC”) / demos and designing solutions that meet prospects’ needs
  

• Plan projects’ deliveries, assist during the deployment phase to ensure milestones and deadlines are met
  

• Lead during the run phase of large scale projects (post sales)
  

• Lead customer facing meetings and follow ups
  

• Identify risks and challenges and communicate clearly operational needs and requirements to management team
  

We have several open roles with locations in Paris, France and New York, USA.

• Min. three years of experience in a customer-facing role
  

• Excellent communication skills in English
  

• Strong technical background in Telecommunications, Media Distribution or Network Technologies is a must
  

• Experience in software development
  

• Experience supporting clients on on-going projects
  

• Proficient with Linux OS
  

• Must be familiar with at least two of the following:
  

• Python 3
  

• Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Artificial Neuron Networks…
  

• OTT technologies
  

• Video/Audio encoding
  

• Video On Demand syndication workflows
  

• RESTful environment
  

• Experience in project management
  

• Knowledge of algorithmic Python modules (numpy, pandas, etc…) is a plus
  

• A personal GitHub repository is strongly appreciated
